Preventing Dark Photos

Photography is the art of recording light. And while there will always be instances when you either don't have enough light to take a photograph, or you must add more light with a flash, the most common cause of dark photos is simply that you didn't record the right amount of light. Why you didn't record the right amount of light is what you need to know in order to correct the problem in the future.
